Ahora tocó juntar dos de mis ingredientes favoritos, el plátano y el dulce de leche. Ingredients
  1. 1 cup of sugar
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  4. 3/4 cup of flour
  5. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. dash of salt
  8. dash of cinnamon
  9. 1 can dulce de leche
Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the mashed bananas and mix.
  3. Add the sifted dry ingredients and genlty fold until integrated.
  4. Pour batter in a jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake at 160ºC for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Vacía en un molde o charola con orillas alzadas, cubierto de papel encerado y enharinado.
  7. Let cool and unmold.
  8. Spread the dulce de leche on top of the cake and roll carefully.
  9. Serve inmediately or wrap in plastic.
  10. Sprinkle powdered sugar to serve.
Notes
  1. This recipe was adapted for high altitude, change baking powder to 1/2 teaspoon for lower altitudes.
  2. You can make the dulce de leche by boiling 1 can of condensed milk, stiring constantly, until caramelized.
